HOP NATION CHOP IPA

Pulling from Dunc and Sam's time making wine in the states, with the help of a bevy of unique brews along the way, our new release is a chopped up take on a variety of IPA's hailing from the USA. Pouring a hazy straw colour THE CHOP carries big citrus and tropical notes, finishing with a mild balanced bitterness. Featuring some of our favourite hops to date - Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe.
