Yes. Click the pencil icon. Then click the 'Pro' tab. Notice in the Class box, that this is called a1. Also notice that in the Class box for the question, it also says a1. If both Class boxes have the same ID they will work in harmony and expand and collapse. 

To clone a question:

1. Click into Block mode.
2. Notice that the Question and Answer are both wrapped inside on inner frame.
3. Notice the that there is an Outer Frame immediately around the Question frame and the Answer frame. 
4. Click the clone tool on the Outer Frame and both the Question and Answer will be cloned for you.
